On receiving the box please check all the items with your order list [ you can find the same under My account section of our website]
If there is any issue with Qty, Packaging or Quality, kindly notify us within 3 working days of the receiving of the Parcel.
On prior Approval from us , you can return the items only if there is Damaged or Quality Issue.
We don't accept returns without prior approval.
If you are from India, you have to bear the return parcel charges. Payment Refund will be done in the corresponding Bank account and may take upto a week to be reflected in your account.
In case of Exchange we will not ask for shipping charges again [ Indian customers only]
For International customers , he will be responsible for shipping charges as well as customs duties [ if any] when the item is returned to India. In case of refund it will be done thru Paypal Only.
We do not offer any refund or replacement for items ordered by mistake.
Please check properly before you confirm your order. Orders placed and paid for cannot be cancelled.
